I am Álvaro Marín, a health psychologist with more than 15 years of professional experience in the clinical and health fields in various private centers. He currently works in 3 centers, in Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz) and El Cuervo (Seville).
Throughout my professional career I have helped people overcome difficulties and recover their emotional well-being. I am oriented to work with the best techniques, cognitive-behavioral techniques and others, those that allow people to learn to manage our emotions, improve the way we perceive ourselves, the way we relate to others others and how we interpret the world around us and the events that happen to us.
